A Case Study Of Outstanding Primary School English Teachers' Professional Development

Throughout human history,education is attached to the development of lives of people deeply.In the21st century education has been improved a lot and becomes the necessity of people’s development.As a teacher,we take more responsibility then ever before and more attention has been focus on the teachers’professional development.How to be a good teacher? How to create a great atmosphere between teachers and students? How to be a modern teacher? All of these questions can be concluded as one point,which is teachers’professional development.Teachers’professional development is a big issue not only to individual but also to the whole nation.Teachers that are the core role have been attracted more attention then ever before.The thesis is based on an excellent primary school English teacher’s professional development and obtain some key points which are significant for new teachers by observational method and interview method.The thesis can be divided into three parts.,which are introduction,the process of Mr Lu’s professional development and analysis and discussion of Mr Lu’s professional development.
