A Study On The Effects And Strategies Of The College Students’ Informal Learning In Internet

In recent years, with the continuous development of IT technology in the fieldof education, the network provides a good knowledge and diversified learning stylefor college students. As the advent of network era, college students’ learning has nolimitations of time and geography. Away from the classroom, the informal learninghas become more popular, convenient and quick, better for college students’participation in social competition. So it is valuable to do the research on thecollege students’ informal learning under the network environment. This study triesto research the influence of network on the college students’ informal learning, andputs forward some countermeasures, in order to improve the effect of the collegestudents’ informal learning.This study takes connected theory, knowledge management theory, humanismtheory and constructivism theory as the basis and guidance. By clearing up therelated document to informal learning, the study summarizes the informal learning,analyses the influence factors of the informal learning of college students. Then thestudy will put these factors in the form of scale to investigate and study. Throughthe survey, the factors in the literature and documents are established as the keyfactors of the subject. These factors are classified into four categories: the learnerfactors, environmental factors, resource factors and learning support servicesfactors. Based on the scale findings, the study compiled the questionnaire andsurveyed. Finally, based on the research conclusion, put forward the copingstrategies. The learners strategies include to build good network hardware system,to strengthen the propaganda of informal learning in internet and to enhancelearning exchange and so on. The environment strategies include to improve thelevel of network environment, to combine the network environment and theclassroom environment and to create a good network learning environment and soon. The resources strategies include to improve the layout of network learningplatform, to strengthen the configuration of network learning resources and tocreate the organization and supervision and so on. The learning support servicesstrategies include to change the teaching structure and mode in colleges anduniversities, to improve the network learning support service system and to provide the guidelines of learning methods and learning platform and so on. The strategiesthe study put forward will help to promote students’ lifelong learning, improve theall-round development of college students, and will also be helpful to theimprovement of learning quality and making full use of learning resources incolleges and universities.
