For a long time,there are several problems that couldn’t solve exist in traditional teacher training,for example,the timeliness is poor,the contradictions between the learners’ work and study,cost is too high,scale of learners is small,the form is simple, feedback is poor,and so on.The emergence of online teacher training as a medicine to found a solution for these problems.Teacher training under the network environment has become a popular practice in today’s world teacher continue education,in this stting,how to design and practise online teacher training effectively,which training strategies can ensure the quality of adult education through internet,how to design a strategies system of online teacher training,and practice it,above these are deserved research questions.This article is divided into seven parts:Part one is mainly summary about theotetical basis of in-service network teacher training,and carding the existing distance teacher training strategies in domestic and overseas.Part two,we launch an investigation on581training students about the status of in-service network teacher training and training motivation relied on "advancing teachers’key skills"project developed by www.zhejiangedu.com.Part three,we ascertain the six key factors constituted the in-service network teacher training by literature survey and key characteristics investigation of induction.There are teacher,learner,network course,learning environment,learning evaluation and training management,and we discussed the content of the six factors in detail.Part four,we put forward general strategy system base on the six key factors of training.There are teaching strategies,cognitive support strategies,content and resource organization strategies,platform build strategies,evaluation strategies and management strategies,and we discussed the content of the six factors in detail.Part five we put forward special strategy system base on knowledge classification theory,it includes strategies of promoting the declarative knowledge learning and strategies of promoting the procedure knowledge learning,and draw up respective training strategies.Part six is the stage on checking the effect of above theoretical strategies.We select two course as two kinds of knowledge type of experimental courses,and we design the general strategy system concept into both of them.Finally we validates the effectiveness and feasibility of the strategies through questionnaire survey,interviews and content analysis.Part seven summarized the main work and innovation points on this research,and the limitations of this study,finally we express the further prospects. |
