The science and technology innovation is the key power to promote national prosperity,regional innovation and rapid development of the society and economy, having a greatstrategic significance for building an innovative country and realizing socialist modernizationconstruction in China. Colleges and universities as a cadre of science and technologyinnovation in our country, bears an important historical responsibility of the implementationof "revitalizing the nation through science and education" strategy and the construction ofregional innovation system.Shandong province actively responds to the requirements of national policy, attachingimportance to strengthening the connotation of the construction in colleges and universities inthe “twelfth five-year” period, to comprehensively improve the quality of personnel trainingand scientific and technological innovation ability in colleges and universities. On this basis,the school-running level and competitive strength of the colleges and universities in Shandongprovince have a very big promotion.
