The student is the main force of the new era, is the construction of the motherland andhope in the future. Young students constitution, on the strength of the relationship to theprocess of modernization in our country, is related to the rise and fall of the nationalstrength and national one hundred plans, affect our Chinese nation’s rise and prosperity,therefore, the physical health of teenagers more and more get the attention of people. Inorder to implement the "health first" guiding ideology, strengthen conscientiously the workof school physical education and promote students to actively take part in physical exercise,develop good exercise habits, improve the level of physical health. The ministry ofeducation, the state general administration of sports in2002awarded the 《student physicalhealth standard》. Students physical health test is a very basic work, is a " reactive power inthe contemporary,but benefit future generations", to reflect all over our country, allnationalities, and each school students the actual level of physical health, the standard ofthe score rating has the scientific nature, representative data, more truly reflect the students’physical health level.At present, the combination of colleges and universities across the country a variety ofresearch was conducted on the physical test condition, however, cangzhou area over theyears the study of the physical health condition of college students, therefore, this articleUSES the literature material, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, mathematicalstatistics methods, such as colleges and universities in cangzhou "national studentsphysical health standard" test results as the research object, nearly three years of cangzhoucity5universities students in grade2010, grade2011and2011were in second grade ofphysical test data for research, analysis of the students form the development level ofdevelopment, body function and physical quality development level and the changesituation, find out factors influencing the cangzhou the present situation of collegestudents’ physique health level. Through the preliminary conclusions are as follows:1. overall, cangzhou nearly three years in university student physique condition basic meet standard requirements, but the overall trend of decline, in addition to pass rateincreases, the remaining three presents different degrees of decline, especially studentsfailed to pass the increased year by year.2. The cause of college students’ body form development situation is ideal, graduallyincrease in height and weight nearly three years, showing a good body shape developmenttrend, however, the results reflect the BMI of fat index statistics, boys, girls, thin obesityrate increase, present a phenomenon of "son preference".3. Cangzhou body function development of the university students is not very ideal,mainly displays in the index of lung capacity and vital capacity index weight all fell, andcardiopulmonary function decline is very significant.4. The cause of the physical development of college students is not very ideal, nearlythree years the development of physical quality index showed a trend of decline, inaddition to the boys have better grip strength level, other reflect the physical quality of allthe indexes showed a trend of decline, the situation is not optimistic.5. There are many reasons for affecting college students’ physical health, lack of goodexercise habits, exercise, according to the number of time and strength to reach the effect isthe main factors influencing the cangzhou university students’ physical health level.Another bad lifestyle and eating habits, and schools and families of students physicalexercise to help and support are the important factors that affect students’ physical healthlevel.
