Research On The Actual Effectiveness Of Subsidy Policy For Needy Student In Universities

With the rapid development of China’s higher education, the popularization of higher education deepened, and the expanding scale of higher education, the disadvantaged groups, that is, the university students from the poor families also expand subsequently. At present, how to solve the group of needy students’economic problem, help them growing and become a useful person in colleges and universities becomes a problem which is concerned about. Simultaneously, Aiding the poor student to finish higher education has become the inevitable task, which is related to the maturity and the success of every needy student, to thousands upon thousands of families, to the fairness of society and the development of the whole nation. Therefore, the research on the form, the development, the implementation and the influence of the aiding way for the needy student in colleges and universities plays a positive role in improving the aiding way, perfecting the aiding policy, and raising the comprehensive benefits of the aid.This paper mainly studies the actual effectiveness of subsidy policy for needy student in universities from three aspects. First of all, through the definition of relevant concepts and relevant theories, the following three parts, the "students with financial difficulties"、"subsidy policy" will be understood deeply. This provides the theory basis for the study of college student financial assistance. Secondly, describes how the financial assistance system to the impoverished college students came into being and how it has been developing, analyzes the current situation of the impoverished college students and the reasons for their poverty, and then explains the positive roles that the system has played. Through the questionnaire survey in four aspects aid policy recognition、Finance job enforcement、aid policy benefiting、aid policy awareness、the current situation and existing problems in college student financial assistance policy implementation. Based on the analysis of the factors restricting the university student financial assistance policy effectiveness. Finally, through the analysis on the status quo and the causes of the college student financial assistance policy, concerning improving the aid policy system, create educational environment, to strengthen the ideological education to guide three aspects of rural political civilization.
