With the development of world economic integration, especially after the accession tothe WTO, our country’s tourism industry has been developed rapidly. According to the worldtourism organization prediction, by2020, china will become the world’s fourth largest touristsource country and the world’s largest inbound tourists travel destination.Tourists at home andabroad have a different demand due to different language, different education backgrounds,different levels.In order to satisfy the tourists at home and abroad and multi-level, whosepersonalized travel demand is increasing, the development of tourism industry must introducea higher level of tourism services and management personnel. With the development oftourism industry, the construction of tourism talents team becomes more and more important,so we must improve the existing talent structure for the development of tourism enterprises.There are two ways of promoting tourism enterprises talent,one is staff re-education, theother is the introduction of advanced tourism talents. In China, Among the tourism talentswho offer the frontline service, tourism graduates from the secondary vocational schoolaccounted for the vast proportion, this group of people have plenty of practical experience,butthe personnel’s overall quality is low while part of the tourism professional talents fromcolleges and universities have rich professional knowledge, but they lack of social practiceexperience. Higher education is the main academic credentials education,therefore, credit hasbecome a target for students to pursue, more knowledge and less practice on students lead tothe problem that graduate talent can’t adapt to more jobs and brain drain is serious. TourismHigher vocational Education relative to that part of the education of higher vocationaleducation and ordinary higher education,includes not only academic education but alsonon-academic education, which can just make up for the deficiency of the secondaryvocational education and ordinary higher education. Tourism higher vocational education is toimprove tourism talents professional skills on the basis of the theoretical knowledge.Atpresent, China’s tourism higher vocational education is slow, there are certain problems bothin scope and quality. It is a good choice to change the status quo of higher vocationaleducation to cultivate talents of tourism and develop university-enterprise cooperationpattern.University-enterprise cooperation pattern that Tourism higher vocational education take is a kind of mode which is market-oriented, and offers services for the tourism talenttraining.This paper adopts literature research, qualitative analysis, function analysis,descriptive research method, through the research of higher vocational education of tourism athome and abroad university-enterprise cooperation models, analyzes the tourism developmentof higher vocational education university-enterprise cooperation situation and the existingproblems, to explore suitable for China’s national conditions of university-enterprisecooperation models, and to solve the problems existing in the cooperation between collegesand puts forward some optimization strategy.The second part, this paper expounds the factors: tourism higher vocational educationrelated theory, the connotation, principle and significance; The third part, on foreign tourismhigher vocational education university-enterprise cooperation pattern, the writer has carriedon the research and analysis, and summarizes the characteristics of foreignuniversity-enterprise cooperation; The fourth part, the problems of our country tourism highervocational education university-enterprise cooperation mode, are studied and four Angleoptimization strategy from schools, enterprises, government is proposed.
