Study of college students "soft power",by using questionnaire and interview with students and a combination of literature review,according to the preliminary research of the soft power and the characteristics of independentcollege students questionnaire investigation content design, from the cognition of soft power,moral character, interpersonal communication, innovative spirit, team cooperation of hebeiprovince in five aspects of five independent college undergraduates of empirical research onthe present situation and problems of "soft power", different groups of independent collegestudents, sample selection, the more successful the understanding of the current independentcollege students’ cognition to the soft power and the with the current situation of soft power.Then the questionnaire statistics, sorting out the independent college students "soft power"mainly five aspects of deficiencies, dig the fundamental reason for the lack of soft power, mainly from the education system, social environment influence and talented person qualityview of error analyzing the three aspects.
