Moral choice is the eternal theme of human society and it is the fundamental way to realize moral ideal. Most of contemporary college students’moral status is healthy, stable and ideological, but some of them have moral concept, value concept confusion, desalination problems such as lack of awareness of integrity in different degree. So we need to examine and reflect on the moral education in colleges, and strengthening the moral choice ability research.Moral choice ability is a kind of practical ability, it is guiding people ability to make correct moral choice in real life. It is the precondition of moral choice and correct moral subject, if a person has not free choose ability, the real moral choice will not happen. Problems in the moral choice ability of college students is mainly reflected in low, ability of moral cognition moral ambiguity, moral emotion, moral will is weak and lack the ability of moral practice. A cause of College Students’ moral choice ability is mainly the family education and school education wisdom light weight tendency, the value orientation of the mass media and the students themselves. The development of college students’ moral choice ability is the only way which must be pass, it is the key to improve the effectiveness of college moral educational curriculum, but also the meaning of moral education courses. To cultivate moral choice ability of college students will from three aspects:the moral, moral will, moral belief. At the same time, colleges should update the idea of moral education courses; secondly, moral education curriculum should to improve; finally, we should pay attention to the students of the social conditions, we should created good social conditions for them.
