Talents Political Education Innovation Of College Students' Perspective

Innovation is the main theme of the era of knowledge economy, and innovative talent is the most scarce resource in the era of knowledge economy. Innovative talent is the person who has a free development of personality, innovation sense, sprite, thinking and capacity, and achieve innovtion through innovative practice and live a more valuable and beautiful life. The forefront of innovative talents-universities,bear an important responsibility.As an important part of university education,ideological and political education of college students is closely related to innovative talents training. Innovative talents training not only fit the goal of ideological and political education, but also provide a good opportunity and idea for the reform and innovation of the ideological and political education. Ideological and political education of college students provide protection for the innovative talents training, like guide the direction of innovation; shaping the personality of students and create a favorable environment for innovation. To cultivate innovative talents, the ideological and political education of college students do a lot of useful exploration, including the establishment of protection mechanisms, setting educational goals for innovative talents training and exploring innovative talents training mode.However at present, the limitations of the ideological and political education lead to many problems between it with innovation talents training. For example, pattern of ideological and political education lags behind the need of the development of the time; the ideological and political educators and innovation talents training workers split; the evaluation criteria of the ideological and political education and the standard of society development of talents conflict. This situation is the result of the dual role of the external environment and internal systems of the ideological and political education.
