| With the development of economy, the progress of the society, the education is also put forward higher request. The vocational students are poor in English learning basis, their learning methods are not suitable and their interests of English learning s are very low. In order to improve the English learning situation of secondary vocational students, we can’t rely on the traditional teaching methods and model.We need to adopt a new teaching mode and method to change the present situation. Ecological classroom teaching is to use ecological principle and method to research problems in teaching. It emphasizes on using a kind of ecological perspective, attitude, principle and method to treat, think, understand and solve complex problems in teaching, and uses ecological way to carry out teaching practice. Ecological teaching is not only a kind of teaching idea also a kind of teaching strategies, it is a kind of system, overall and harmonious teaching. It is a type of fully embody and continuous use ecological wisdom of teaching. Secondary vocational English teaching need inject the fresh blood of ecological teaching.Teachers, students, teaching contents and circumstance are regarded as an interaction of dynamic system in ecological teaching. And to establish a harmonious and sustainable development of the teaching mode.Ecological classroom teaching faces all students, respects the student’s main position, through group discussions, role-play, dialogue and the actual practice that close to the students’ life, it can stimulate the students’ interest in learning English and improve their learning methods, so that develop their good study habits, thus improve students’ comprehensive application capability of language and the quality of teaching. Secondary vocational English classroom teaching is the interaction of ecological process that is teachers, students, and classroom environment. This thesis was based on the secondary vocational English teaching situation and salient teaching problems, combined with the characteristics of the secondary vocational English learning, put forward the idea of ecological classroom mode. At the same time, the author made a survey on the existence of non-ecological phenomena in vocational English classroom teaching, in order to establish ecological classroom and improve the quality of teaching. |
