In recent years, our country college students’ cheating phenomenon has been a gradually aggravated trend which has made serious impacts on the college students’ academic achievement and the healthy development of the college students, let college students’ management work in a dilemma. Select the sample from Liao Ning Finance and Trade College students and carry on the questionnaire survey by Academic Learning Behavior Questionnaire which is designed by ourselves. This study is to understand the current situation of the University students’ cheating in examinations in colleges, to explore relationships between the individual subjective attitude and the cognition of cheating in the exam with the cheating behaviour, to master external motivation and internal motivation of cheating on the exam. The author hopes to provide certain mathematical basis mechanism for college education workers and managers through this paper. Based on the results of the survey data collection and analysis, we find the following characteristics:(1) students from different gender, grades, major system, scholastic attainment have significant difference in individual subjective attitude, the cognition of cheating on the exam and motivation of cheating on the exam.(2)there is significant correlation between the cognition of cheating in the exam with cheating behaviour in exams.(3)there is significant correlation between the external motivation of cheating in the exam with cheating behaviour in exams.(4) there is significant correlation between the internal motivation of cheating in the exam with cheating behaviour in exams. At the same time, on the basis of study of the existing research results, reference on theory knowledge related education and psychology, the present situation investigation and reason analysis, this study suggests that we must prevent university students’ cheating in the exam question from various comprehensive aspects.Including formation of scientific evaluation system, constructing school education credit system of school and completing management policy system.
