A Research On Construction Of Hearing System For Punishment Of College Students Violating Discipline

Generally speaking, high level of self-management power is entitled to thecolleges and universities in our nation. With the popularization of high education,conflicts and disputes caused by regulation occur more and more frequent. Thisphenomenon on the one hand reflects the contradiction of college management withthe laws and regulations, and indicates the increasingly strengthened right awarenessof the student on the other hand. It has aroused wide concern about how to handle thesensitive issues and to accelerate and legislation in college and universitymanagement. The Hearing Procedure, as the core component of administrativeprocedure, has been introduced to the college and university management. It plays animportant role especially in the field of dealing with student regulation violations. TheHearing Procedure has a significant meaning, both in theory and practice, inregulating and supervising colleges to exercise punishment, promoting legislation incollege and university management and protecting lawful rights and interests ofcollege students.This paper presents studies on hearing system for punishment of college studentsviolating discipline through theoretical analysis, literature studies and comparativeanalysis. Firstly, background and practical significance of this research are recited andrelated literature at home and abroad is reviewed, attempting to study the specificconstruction and perfection of hearing system for punishment of college studentsviolating discipline. Thus, new ideas of hearing system construction would be putforward to promote the development of management legalization in colleges and thebuilding of harmonious campuses. Secondly, theoretical basis for the construction ofhearing system for punishment of college students violating discipline is illustratedfrom perspectives of the connotation of hearing, hearing system and college students’affair management. At the same time, the situation of hearing system introduction topunishment of college students violating discipline is analyzed.
