| In the last few years, the problems of the difficult employment in the College students has become one of the hot topics in society, the difficult employment of female graduates has been studied by the scholars. Under the background of university students’ employment difficultly, there is a group of people, They give up the job opportunities which can be found but they are not satisfied with and choose to continue to look for their satisfactory work, This group of people is called "voluntary unemployment". What about the situation is both of the voluntary unemployment and female college students? It has become a blank of the academic research.In this paper, the female college students of voluntary unemployment are the research object, in author’s hometown----Chifeng in Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The author visited eight voluntarily unemployed female college students and their boyfriends (parents) by the form of the case interview. Based on the intensive interviews of their unemployment reason, life status, and mental condition, in order to deeply understand their unemployment status and provide a research platform for society learn about this group.Through the case interview and analysis, the author concludes that the causes of female college students’ involuntary unemployment are the following points:From the gender perspective, the reasons are the concept of traditional gender lead to social stratification, and gender stratification; Women’s oppression and bondage. From the objective cause, the reasons are the segmentation of Labor market., and the defects of national policy. |
