Fire Safety has always been a topic of concern in today’s society. No matterdeveloped countries or developing countries, the fire control education as an importantnational education actively to carry out. At this stage, our fire education to be successful, butthere are still some problems and deficiencies. These deficiencies mainly displays in the fireon the education of the school. Statistical point of view in recent years, the students caused byfire or by the proportion of the damage in all fire events accounted for a large proportion. Thissuggests that the student lack of knowledge of fire and firefighting consciousness is weak.View from the present situation of fire control education, the school to student’s fire controleducation work is not thorough. The education form is a single, lack of targeted leads to fireeducation effect is not ideal.Education starts from children and the same fire education also need starts from children.Children’s fire control education is particularly important. Children are a special group ofpeople and they are in mental enlightenment stage. Their way of thinking is mainly thespecific image thinking way. Therefore, how to conduct fire education for children is adaunting task. With the rapid development of multimedia technology and more and more richmultimedia resources that to be a good solution for fire education problems of children.Research shows that children have a special emotion on animation. It has obviousperformance in life. Whether young children or senior citizens children love animation isbetter than the other. This paper according to children’s animation features and thecharacteristics of the animation showing, suggest that make the animation used in fire safetyeducation to achieve better teaching effect. As a result, this paper based on primary schoolchildren as the research object and divided into six parts to research and design fireprevention safety animation based on children’s cognitive characteristics. First of all, the firstpart introduces the research background, research significance and research status at homeand abroad to reveal children fire the importance of education and research status of children’sfire control products. The second part illustrates the cognitive development characteristics ofprimary children and this is the basis of this study and the basis. The third part introduceschildren fire animation development theory, technical infrastructure and child animation in teaching principle to provide guidance for the development of fire safety animation. Thefourth part is the fire safety animation detailed design, including preliminary research, theoverall design of instructional design and animation. The fifth part is the fire safety animationdevelopment process and testing. The last part is the fire safety animation used in practice toobtain feedback and summarize the shortage of the research and the outlook for the future.The Fire Education Animation has broken the single mode, through the fire situation inthe situation of children to intuitive learning.
