A Research On Demands For Shanghai Sport Public Service

With our country economic developing, and the people living standardimproving, in the process of turning shanghai into world-famous sport city,times takes new demand for shanghai public sport service. Recently years,shanghai has integrated national fitness and public sport service systemconstruction into economic and social development planning, whichincreased shanghai public sport service supply ability. People’sconsciousness on fitness and health is improving and need for public sportservice is strengthening. However, we can find, public stadium as shanghaigovernment’s main window and position for national fitness and publicsport service, it still cannot satisfy people’s growing demand.In order to better service people and improve public sport servicesystem, this paper has written from the perspective of the exercisers inshanghai public stadium, investigated citizens who exercising in publicstadiums in10central districts. According the6basic components ofpublic sport service, the author used document literature method,investigation method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, andsurveyed citizens’ demand feature of shanghai public sport service. Atlast, I put forward some suggestions which can satisfy citizens’ demandand mollify social contradiction, and further improve the overall levelof shanghai public sport service.Research finds some shanghai citizens’ demand feathers of the publicsport service in public stadium.Firstly, the facility service which shanghai citizens got in publicstadium are mainly concentrate on paid use of field and equipment and freeuse of some other field. The top three demands for sport facility serviceare free use of outdoor field, free use of indoor field and free use ofoutdoor equipment.Secondly, shanghai citizens rarely get sport organization servicealthough they has great demand. The top three are integrated sportorganization, individual sport club and fitness community.Thirdly, shanghai citizens rarely get sport physical monitoringservice although they has great demand. The top three are healthevaluation, individual health file and physical monitoring before andafter exercise.Fourthly, shanghai citizens rarely get sport guide service althoughthey has great demand. The top three are scientific fitness instructionservice, various events training service and partner training service.Fifthly, shanghai citizens rarely engage in sport activities and theform is single. But citizens have great demand for sport activities. Thetop three are leisure sport game, athletically sport game and fitnesssport game.Sixthly, shanghai citizens rarely get sport information service and the form is single. But they have great demand. The top three are sportevent information, sport activities information and scientific fitnessconsultation service.There exist many problems in shanghai public sport stadium, those arelack of fund for public sport service; the service forms are too singleto satisfy people’s diverse demand; lack of sport field supportingservice; sport organization service is not sound; shanghai public sportstadium is lack of health monitoring service and the form is too signal;lack of sport guiding service; the form of sport activity service and sportinformation service is too signal; public sport services oriented for theweak group are uncompleted.Aiming at these problems, the author put forward some suggestions.First，the government should increase the funding for the public sportservice and improve public sport service system. Second, sport stadiumshould put people first and rooted in local conditions, improve the publicsport service according to people’s demand. Third, we should strengthenthe construction of sport organization and raise sport service quality.Fourth, we should increase health monitoring service, build healthmonitoring station. Fifth, we should expand fitness instructor group,strengthen specific guidance. Sixth, we should develop diverse activitiesand expand communication channel and pattern of sport information.Seventh, we should take care of the weak group, extending the coverageof public sport service.
