| In today’s world of rapid economic development, a variety of emerging high-tech, t hinking about how to cultivate the ability to innovate, to adapt to the socio-economic development of a new generation of high-quality talent to become the top priority of t he current college of university teaching quality is directly related to the fate of the c ountry and student development. To this end, the Ministry of Education have issued a variety of documents which clearly pointed out the need to adjust the current universi ty personnel training programs, and efforted to improve college students’learning abilit y, innovation ability, practical ability, communication skills and social adaptability. As a new learning concept introduced into the teaching.Inquiry learning brings not only th e change of the way students learn, but a fundamental change in teaching philosophy, teaching quality. The evaluation of the inquiry learning is an important part of the inq uiry learning.It has a direct impact on the quality of inquiring learning and the imple mentation of university teaching quality reform project.
