In today’s world of rapid economic development, a variety of emerging high-tech, t hinking about how to cultivate the ability to innovate, to adapt to the socio-economic development of a new generation of high-quality talent to become the top priority of t he current college of university teaching quality is directly related to the fate of the c ountry and student development. To this end, the Ministry of Education have issued a variety of documents which clearly pointed out the need to adjust the current universi ty personnel training programs, and efforted to improve college students’learning abilit y, innovation ability, practical ability, communication skills and social adaptability. As a new learning concept introduced into the teaching.Inquiry learning brings not only th e change of the way students learn, but a fundamental change in teaching philosophy, teaching quality. The evaluation of the inquiry learning is an important part of the inq uiry learning.It has a direct impact on the quality of inquiring learning and the imple mentation of university teaching quality reform project. This study analyzed the import ance of the inquiry learning in the environment of the quality of university teaching re form project for the evaluation of current research study can not meet the teaching ne eds of the actual situation, to carry out the study.The paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is Introduction part.This part describes the background of this pr oject, the matter need to research, the objective of the study, as well as research met hods, ideas.The second chapter is the literature review, this section reviews the oretical knowle dge of inquiry learning, learning assessment and evaluation of the inquiry learning.The specific performance is the development,connotation of the inquiry learning,, tthe con cept of learning evaluation and the relevant concepts of inquiry learning,evaluation.The paper simply clarified the current status the evaluation of the inquiry learning,builded the theoretical basis for the the below evaluation system architecture and implementati on.The third chapter is the architecture of the system of university inquiry learning, t his part based on university inquiry learning, training objectives,absorpted the construti vism, multiple intelligences and post-modernism concept of teaching evaluation, analysis ed the characteristics of college students,built inquiry learning,evaluation system from a nglesof the results, process and the performanceThe forth chapteris empirical research stage, this chapter will put the evaluation sy stem designed in the third chapter into practice, in order to test the validity of the ev aluation system and found the problems in the evaluation system, improve the evaluat ion system.The last chapter is summary and outlook.The paper final summaried the results of research and look to the future research from three directions.
