| Regarding Sichuan undergraduate colleges, sports facilities andthe status quo of the faculty as the starting point, systematically understanding thedifferences of sports facilities and faculty between Sichuan undergraduate colleges,comparative study on universities at home and abroad will be made.Through themethods of qualitative interviews, comparative studies and data statistical analysis,comprehensive studies on collected information will be made to identify the existingproblem. Then practical solutions for the problems will be put forward from thenational standards and social realities, which provides a theoretical reference andpractice guidance for Sichuan Universities and provides accurate data for theadministrative department of education. So the education sector can set appropriatecountermeasures based on the conclusions drawn.Through research, the results show that: the per capita area of24undergraduateinstitutions of Sichuan Province in the stadium facilities, the average number of thefacility are below the national level, below the eastern coastal areas of provinces.Change of per capita number of university sports facilities and per capita area ofsports venues in the province shows the identity. Meanwhile, the institutions’ owninternal shows a trend of increasing according to the three major groups. More than20,000college students, the "211" key universities, the number of university sportsfacilities in Chengdu region and area rate of student activities is more serious. Thevenue management personnel are a part of the administrative staff of the Departmentof the Ministry, the stadium business don’t go to socialization and information.Thenumber of university students and teachers in the province is much more than thenational standards and other provinces, especially for the universities of "211". Theage of college teachers tends to be younger in the province. The rate of teachers whohave the professor title is smaller than that of the other provinces and cities. Most ofthe teachers with doctoral degrees are in the Chengdu region and universities of "211".The workload of university teachers is seriously heavy, the class fee is less comparedto the other disciplines with small number of teachers who go on study and largernumber of the students. The average published number of papers of sports teachers inProvince colleges lies at a moderate level compared with the other universitiesbeyond the province. Among the institutions, there are large imbalance in the subject application. The average number of published books is relatively higher, withsupplement to sports journals.Based on the problems and the rational development proposals put forwardaccording to the actual situation of the universities in Sichuan Province, theuniversities in the province should seize the chance of the bid to host the13th sessionof the National Games in Sichuan Province to promote the construction of sportsfacilities, especially in the aspect of facilities. All colleges and universities in thestadium management should actively introduce specialized third-party managementpersonnel and gradually establish management personnel hiring and evaluationmechanism. The venue business processes towards the socialization, throughimitating the idle facilities mode adopted by seven-day hotel’s network order, in orderto establish venues coalition and then form the pass system of stadium facilities in theprovince. The number of sports teacher increases year by year, especially in the "211"key universities. A detailed plan should be made to let the teacher-student ratio toreach equilibrium gradually.The school’s internal strictly adheres to the rule that thefee of gym class enjoys equal treatment as the other disciplines fee and the continuingeducation of teachers should be paid more attention. With outstanding foreign sportsresearch mode, a robust enforcement mechanism in scientific research should begradually established, encouraging sports teacher to have more time to be engaged inresearch work under the circumstances of teaching work have been done, wideningthe sources of scientific books and increasing the order direction of sports networkresources. |
