| Abstract:Vocational education as an important part of china’s education has a very important position in building rich human resources. with the development of the era, it gives the new requirement to the personnel training of the higher vocational education, meanwhile, it also give the service challenges to the higher vocational education in China. At present, our traditional system for the center vocational education curriculum model has no longer adapted to the current development of vocational education, so in order to adapt the development of the new era, improve the quality of personnel training of vocational education, the further educational reform must deepen. But in the teaching reform of the vocational education, construction and reform of the curriculum at the heart of this must be the establishment of a scientific and reasonable curriculum system, learn a new mode of curriculum reform of professional courses.At this study, firstly conclude the research status about the work process-oriented curriculum at home and abroad, elaborate vocational education training objectives based on the requirements of the course, analysis of the existing problems of the vocational nursing professional sports curriculum, put the based on the work of process-oriented curriculum reform concept into the field of vocational nursing and conclusion the process-oriented curriculum connotation, theoretical basis and features, pointed to the necessity of work process-oriented curriculum reform, meanwhile, proposed curriculum reform should follow the requirements and principles. Then articles for the existing problems of the physical education curriculum of vocational nurse, based on the work of process-oriented, emphasis the set policies of the work process-oriented vocational courses.Nursing professional sports courses in higher vocational colleges haven’t gotten rid of the traditional curriculum system of college sports. There are no outstanding vocational colleges nursing vocational education characteristics. In terms of teaching content set, there are some differences from the student needs. Innovation of this paper is to apply the work process-oriented physical education curriculum theory to the field of specific vocational nursing. Curriculum fully reflects the career needs of students and future life, work characteristics linked. While students are working, they can also develop good temperament, train the coordinating communication skills and teamwork spirit and so on. This is important to explore the combination of the guiding ideology of the working process-oriented and professional curriculum reform, and hoped that this research can bring some inspiration to the sports curriculum reform of China’s vocational nursing. |
