After entering the era of knowledge economic, social development put forward higher requirements of talent for education, and education face the problem of how to cultivate innovative talents. At the beginning of the new century our nation usher in the eighth of the basic education reform, the new curriculum requires that teachers are familiar with the various indicators, including teaching evaluation of this indicator,and strictly implement it in teaching practice. Teaching activities to fully reflect student-centered, teacher teaching evaluation is a feedback on the student information form, reflecting the teacher attention to students, teachers and students a way to communicate. Teaching evaluation is main part of the new curriculum reform, and is elements of the teachers’ professional skills. Effective teaching evaluation, to promote the new curriculum reform and to ensure the process quality; to promote teachers’ professional ability; and enable students to obtain more overall healthy development. So far away from the existing curriculum reform at the beginning of ten years, so the curriculum reform in ten years evaluation of teachers whether to achieve curriculum requirements research is necessary, make the teaching evaluation can be truly implemented in practice,so the teaching evaluation become more effective, to reflect more value.In this paper adoption document analysis, classroom observation, questionnaires, case studies and other methods, so that the combination of theory and practice. The final study found that although the new curriculum in the teaching evaluation made some improvements, but also in teaching practice is still widespread following issues:high school biology teachers with the relatively small number of evaluation theory teaching, teachers 《curriculum standards》 in the evaluation requirements insufficient attention, teaching evaluation highlights the teachers too dominant position, indiscriminate teaching evaluations, the content too much emphasis on intellectual, a single way of teaching evaluation, teacher reflection on teaching evaluation inadequate training of teachers to receive post-employment inequality of opportunity.For high school biology teaching problems of evaluation of attribution analysis, found to affect the role of teachers teaching evaluation was mainly due to location bias, research in the field of teaching evaluation started late, the college entrance examination "baton" a serious impact on teachers, teaching and research space, time limited, the traditional culture of the public awareness of the impact of regional economic development of educational resources constraints and other factors led. And to explore ways to improve the effectiveness of teaching evaluation.Studies suggest that teaching evaluation is not only to promote the new curriculum reform momentum in depth, and direction of personnel training role with guidelines. Education in the future to make the teaching evaluation ought to play its value, the key is to do teachers, schools, social Trinity together with joint efforts. Especially teachers should be teaching evaluation concept internalization, and seriously implement the action in teaching, not perfunctory at all, so that the evaluation reflected in its value in teaching.
