With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, textbook compilation mode and content has changed greatly. In the new historical period, how effective teaching is an important issue in front of the front-line teachers. PEP compulsory two modern economic history, for example, based on the history curriculum standards and PEP history textbook, combined with the actual situation of their own teaching practice and student, the introduction of new teaching ideas, specifically to explore China Jin Li on behalf of the Economic History effective teaching problems, I hope to play a catalytic role in the future of the teaching work.The text is divided into five sections:the first section briefly describes the origin of the topics, the status of the research, and the significance of the study and methods. Few scholars to study China’s modern economic history of effective teaching, and thus many teachers lack of understanding of the topic, the students also believe that it will be difficult to learn. This article is written to solve these problems. The second part of the analytic features of the new curriculum and new PEP materials start to explore the teaching contents and requirements of China’s modern economic history. New curriculum requirements of China’s modern economic history teaching is quite clear, PEP materials in general also required codification, but in terms of selection and presentation is not perfect, so teachers in lesson preparation to the related teaching resources integration. The third part analyzed and summarized the common problems in the teaching of Chinese modern economic history and the reasons. Due to the inadequate teaching materials, coupled with the level of knowledge of the dynamic and students of Teachers of China’s modern economic history has a lack of understanding, which often can not receive good teaching. Part IV summarizes the teaching objectives and reasons for the problems in China’s modern economic history teaching, teaching the use of resources, process and methods of teaching, and teaching evaluation should pay attention to the problem and the effective implementation of the method. That the optimization of teaching resources, the introduction of new teaching ideas, based on students’actual teaching methods to optimize the combination is the key to improve the teaching standards of modern economic history.There are three main innovation of this paper:First, from the teaching reality presents a comprehensive study of China’s modern economic history teaching problems. Reveals the problems of China’s modern economic history teaching from the curriculum, teaching materials, teaching methods and other aspects of the reason. Third, according to the new teaching ideas put forward some countermeasures to improve China’s modern economic history teaching.
