With the time flying, we are changing the definition of talents, which makes us have to shift our own education patterns. The educational theory of people oriented lets us no longer only see education as the education that cultivates talented person for serving the society and contributing to the society, but to cultivate the talented person who own independent thinking,self-confidence, and can go out into the world with dignity. Under the guidance of this concept, the salient feature of mathematics education reform is that the double-base has changed into four bases, increasing the basic idea and fundamental activity experience, also increasing the ability to identify problems and ask question. As the first article of the general goal, four bases are more interesting. Says Mr Zhang Dianzhou, the first three base are the objective mathematical problems which can give general requirements, but mathematical fundamental activity experience involves many internal personal things which varies from person to person, which led to its complexity. The research achievements of predecessors to mathematical fundamental activity experience mainly focus on the understanding, classification, characteristics and content structure of it.Understanding mathematical fundamental activity experience is in order to cultivate the students better, help them accumulate the ability of live, however, all the external cause will play a role on the condition of the internal cause, if the students don’t initiate to participate in, to think and to explore, all external efforts of teacher are in vain. So we need to study students, which is the premise of researching any teaching method and strategy. When we know the mathematics learning attitude of students, we can know what they need, what they like and how they feel, which can better guide our teachers to stimulate the internal cause of accumulating the mathematical fundamental activity experience.The work done in this paper is that, through the analysis of the predecessors’ understanding to mathematical fundamental activity experience, I think the mathematical fundamental activity experience is the students’subjective understanding to the knowledge, skill and thought, which forms in the mathematical activity, through the whole process of qualitative changing from sensibility to rationality. By analyzing the definition, we know that affecting the student to obtain mathematical fundamental activity experience is:a relatively reasonable mathematics study purpose, learning initiatives, a critical spirit of mathematics and mathematical exploration spirit. Through the survey, the most direct purpose of mathematics learning in junior high school students is also still for examination; Mathematics learning is not active, of which the reasons is that students don’t have too much feelings with the increasing of the grade, introverted, the fear of wrong, vary interests; the critical and exploration spirit of student is much more better. In view of the above survey results, the teaching inspiration giving us is:we should try to change students utilitarian study purposes; Stimulate the student to participate in the mathematical activities, dissolve the heart of afraid of false, effort to meet different students’interests; Mathematics interest is mainly produced in the sense of achievement; We should try to keep the spirit of exploration of students.
