Social practice is an important part of the higher school personnel training, and it is also an important way to realize the combination of education with productive labor, and to guide the students to consciously grow. As the specific use of social practice in the school personnel training in Colleges and universities, university education practice is a new mode of education which developed in coordination with the cultivation of education, the managements and the service in Colleges and universities. The mode of putting social practice of college students into the talents training is the necessary requirements to fully implement the Party’s education policy, and improve the quality of talent training, under the new situation, which plays a prominent role in the process of talents training in Colleges and universities. From the point of the ideological and political education experience of college students since the founding of China, the practice of university education has greatly trained students’sense of social responsibility of serving the people, students’spirits of being courageous and cooperative to explore the innovation and the practice ability of solving the problems by themselves, successfully cultivating a large number of high quality talents to adapt to the socialist modernization construction.From the consistency with the practice and the concept of talent cultivation in higher education and the University Ideological and political education goal, from the theoretical basis of different dimensions of practice and education since the founding of new China, this paper summarizes the development of China’s practice education activities in colleges and universities at different stages classifying the practical activities in the process, and at the same time absorbs the concepts and beneficial practice from foreign college practice education, to explore the long-term mechanism of practice education which is suitable for China’s national characteristics and realistic conditions. The full text includes six chapters, which can be divided into three parts:the introduction, the body and conclusion.The first chapter:introduction. It states the background of the research questions, research significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and research contents and so on. This further proves the feasibility of this paper.The second chapter:the theoretical basis of education practice in higher schools. In this part, based on the Marx philosophy, educations, ideological and political education, from different angles the authors analyzed the theoretical basis of practice and education deeply in layers, and provide a theoretical basis for the expansion of the full text.The third chapter:the development process of China’s higher education practice activities since the founding of China. In this chapter, the author divided the stages of China’s university education practice activities mainly based on the historical evolution, summarized the symbol of the university education practice in each phase, and gave the objective summary and evaluation of each phase of the practice education theory, in order to provide guidance for carrying out the practical educational activities under the new situation.The fourth chapter:analysis of the main forms and the role of practical education in China. This part mainly combined the characteristics of the development of colleges and universities with the contents of the third chapter, and summarized the form of College Students’ activities of university education in actual practice, giving the objective analysis of the role of each kind of practice education activities.The fifth chapter:the construction of long-term mechanism of college practice education in the new period. This chapter is the core part, by drawing on previous narrative, summary, finally the author combined the actual development situation of our country in the new era with the development trend in the future and put forward feasible scheme and strategy of constructing the mechanism of practice of teaching.Conclusion:This part is a summary chapter.,on the basis of the above research and analysis, the author showed a summary of education practice of our country, and put forward the core standpoint of this thesis in the practical education perspective.In short, the practical education of university is to fully implement the party’s education policy, and is an inevitable requirement of realizing the target of talent training. Practice has proved, only putting the practice of educational work throughout the whole process of talents’ cultivation, actively mobilizing the integration of social resources, establishing long-effect mechanism of practical education,can we improve the quality of personnel training, promoting the in-depth development of higher education, and pave out the real development path which treats the improvement of the quality of connotation as the core.
