The Ministry of Education of the Republic of China promulgated the Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline in2001, which means a new beginning of the eighth curriculum reform of education in our country. By2005, the initiative grades in primary school and junior high school had had used the new curriculum except some individual regions. It is more than12years that the new curriculum reform in the stage of compulsory education works. So many years passed, from experiment to carry out the Outline overall. In the meanwhile, the new curriculum concept is well comprehended by teachers in compulsory education stage. Also it appears as a product of the reform of new curriculum in basic education stage of the teachers and students. As an important part of the basic education, the importance of primary school education should be concerned. Primary school teachers as curriculum implementers involved in the curriculum reform, and they are the key factors to the basic education, they are in the process of implementing the new curriculum. New curriculum reform carried out in full swing, so we have to ask:what primary school teachers in classroom teaching concern? What is the current situation of their teaching and what are they concerning about in their classroom teaching, in order to achieve effective teaching?In1970s, the American scholars Hall and his colleagues raised concern-oriented mode (Concerns-Based Adoption Model, CBAM), especially on the Stages of Concern (Stages of Concern, SoC) of series of studies, provides theoretical support for the evaluation of the curriculum reform or reform education teacher development. Furthermore, effective teaching theory has developed into a more mature theory, and it has become contemporary teaching fundamental pursuit.In view of the above theoretical developments and the desire of exploring of the author, this thesis is based on the new curriculum reform, and "Stages of Concern" series of studies as the theoretical basis, integrated application for effective teaching theory, further exploration efforts to be made in the following aspects:examine the concept of the new curriculum of primary school teachers teaching status quo of concern, summed up the primary school teachers concerns features and analysis them; third, give some suggestions that benefit to the primary school teachers effective teaching from the perspective of classroom teaching. The paper consists of five parts:chapter one is a brief introduction of this article originally written desire and writing significance and research methods; chapter two is a summary review related to this article, such as the concept of the new curriculum, primary school teachers in the classroom teaching and teaching concerns. The main part of the thesis focus on the third, fourth and fifth chapter. In the chapter three, the author presented six holographic representative cases of classroom teaching and teachers instant interviews, summed up the new curriculum ideas, concerns of primary school teachers in classroom teaching; fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of primary school teachers in classroom teaching concern; the fifth chapter, the author pointed out relationship between effective teaching and classroom-based concern, and proposed several measures to promote effective teaching of primary school teachers.
