The21century is information society. With the rapid development and wide application of information technology (IT), countries in the world are seeking to develop information technology education. China is no exception. The Ministry of Education in2000, explicitly claimed to set up IT course. IT course has been set up for13years, and we have to know the implementation effectiveness.Since China’s vast territory, the development of economy, science and technology, education vary by region and there are big differences, so that information technology course imbalance in the development of primary and secondary schools in various regions. Especially in the Xinjiang region, the situation is not optimistic, there are some problems in the implementation of information technology courses, and information technology curriculum development is relatively outdated. To investigate the implementation of information technology courses in the Xinjiang region, can discover the problem in the information technology course, factors that affect the development of information technology, and make the corresponding countermeasures, and will have important practical significance to the good development of the information technology course.I had done practice teaching at Bazhou Mongolian high school from February2012to July2012as an information technology course teacher. During that time, I found many problems in the information technology course. I aimed at understanding the current situation of the implementation of information technology course, and investigating the favorable and unfavorable factors affecting their development, finding problem solutions and recommendations.In this paper, I used literature, surveys, interviews, observation and other research methods to realize the current situation of the implementation of information technology course, find its problems, make countermeasures and suggestions, aiming at providing some theoretical basis for its good development.The framework of this article is as follows:Chapter1:Introduction, which mainly describes the background of the subject, and why to study the implementation of information technology course; the research situation of information technology course, stating a comprehensive understanding of national information technology development and current situation of China to find problems; the purpose and significance of the research; research ideas and methods, which introduce the implementation phase of this study, and corresponding research methods to the various stages; feasibility analysis, introducing the conditions I have.Chapter2:The core definition of the concept and theoretical basis, which introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis used in the paper.Chapter3:The research of the implementation of information technology course at Bazhou Mongolia high school, which describes the design and result of the survey, from the point of school, IT teachers and students.Chapter4:The analysis on current implementation situation of Bazhou Mongolia and information technology curriculum, analyzing current implementation of IT course according to data.Chapter5:Appropriate strategies and recommendations, which introduce corresponding strategies to solve problems found in IT course.Chapter6:Summary and Outlook, which analyzes the innovation and inadequacies of this study, and points out future research.
