As the changes of learning concept, and the rise of online&distance education, people gradually realized the unique learning value of learning community, and made a lot of application research on education, it’s thoughts are developing rapidly in the education. Learning Community-based learning can significantly improve students’ achievement, promote interaction between the learners and the learner’s mind can be fully developed. Therefore, in the field of educational research, Learning Community-based learning has great research value.what factors influence in the process of the formation and development is an important aspect of the research of learning community, but in the current study there are few from the perspective of the influence factors to research the learning community.This study based on the first free education for graduates of the Master Education building activities of Shaanxi Normal University, To explore the impacting factors of learning community in the mixed environment and to verify it,And on this basis put forward some constructive opinions and Suggestions. Theoretically enrich the theory of learning community-based learning, provides the theory basis of the Cognitive process for learning community and the design of learning community-based learning for distance education; In practice it can provide some necessary theoretical basis for teachers Seeking to improve teaching methods in Free normal education master’s education practice And to ensure the quality of master of free normal education talent training provide constructive strategies.This article is composed of the following sections:The first chapter:introduction.
