As the changes of learning concept, and the rise of online&distance education, people gradually realized the unique learning value of learning community, and made a lot of application research on education, it’s thoughts are developing rapidly in the education. Learning Community-based learning can significantly improve students’ achievement, promote interaction between the learners and the learner’s mind can be fully developed. Therefore, in the field of educational research, Learning Community-based learning has great research value.what factors influence in the process of the formation and development is an important aspect of the research of learning community, but in the current study there are few from the perspective of the influence factors to research the learning community.This study based on the first free education for graduates of the Master Education building activities of Shaanxi Normal University, To explore the impacting factors of learning community in the mixed environment and to verify it,And on this basis put forward some constructive opinions and Suggestions. Theoretically enrich the theory of learning community-based learning, provides the theory basis of the Cognitive process for learning community and the design of learning community-based learning for distance education; In practice it can provide some necessary theoretical basis for teachers Seeking to improve teaching methods in Free normal education master’s education practice And to ensure the quality of master of free normal education talent training provide constructive strategies.This article is composed of the following sections:The first chapter:introduction. This chapter on the basis of analyzing the research background puts forward the main problem of this study---The influence factors of the formation and development of learning community in blended learning environment. This determines the main content and research methods and further expounds the theoretical meaning and realistic value of this study.The second chapter:Literature review. In this chapter on the basis of the research purpose and research method, we using literature analysis and content analysis collect and analysis related research about learning community at home and abroad. On this basis, we determine the research direction of this study. The Third chapter:The Theoretical basis the influence factors of the formation and development of learning community in Blended learning environment. At first we defined the relevant concepts in this study, and then we deeply analysis the theoretical basis of the study.The fourth chapter:The influence factors of the formation and development of learning community in Blended learning environment. First, we first analyzes the characteristics of the research object in this study, Then analysis of the formation of learning community and the development process according to the related theory, on this basis we according to the relevant theoretical basis to determine the key factors affecting the formation and development of learning community.The fifth chapter:The research of the influence factors of the formation and development of learning community in Blended learning environment. First, we build the model according to the corresponding theoretical basis of the influence factors of the formation and development of learning community in Blended learning environment, and then we compiled the related questionnaire, Investigate and research the first master of free normal education in Shaanxi normal university, and then analysis the result and made some interviews. On the basis, proposed the existing problems in the study of learning community in the current master’s cultivation of free normal.The sixth chapter:This chapter is as the guidance of the current situation and questions in the formation and development process of learning community, Put forward the corresponding countermeasure and constructive Suggestions.The seventh chapter:Research summary. This chapter is both the epilogue of this study, but also a starting point to continuing study in the future.We summarized the innovation, the innovation and the shortage of this study.
