In recent years,our ministries of education advocate colleges and universitiesshould strengthen the mutual infiltration and development of aesthetic education,intellectual education, physical education so that improve students’ comprehensivedevelopment and healthy growth. To this article, the effective mobilization ofteaching resources, comprehensive consideration of the teaching plan and reasonablearrangement of the various courses not only can reach the aim of quality educationand also can make physical quality, psychological quality training and otherprofessional training become an important supplementary way。The three promoteeach other so that improve students’ professional skill and comprehensive quality.This article put forward the idea of collaborative education between physicaleducation and specialty training from synergetics view and verify the synergisticeffect that promote students’ physical quality, psychological quality, professionalskills and comprehensive quality through the analysis of case. It analyses the internalfactors of synergistic education from schools as well as students. And then, it analysessynergistic effect of synergistic education in management efficiency, teaching level,resource utilization, physical quality, psychological quality, professional skills andcomprehensive quality. Finally, through the analysis of experiment to108students invocality and percussion this two major of Tianjin Conservatory of Music,the analysisthe relevant statistical data by SPSS software and the compare of changes betweenthe experimental group and the control group during curriculum revolution.The final conclusion is as follows:1.Students’ physical quality is improved effectively by the physical educationand teaching method that be designed from the cooperative education betweenphysical education and specialty training, specially for the physical quality that isgood for specialty skill.2.Students’ psychological quality is improved effectively by the physicaleducation and teaching method that be designed from the cooperative educationbetween physical education and specialty training, specially for the psychologicalquality that is good for psychological skill. 3.The change of psychological quality, physical quality and specialty skill hasremarkable interdependency. Students’ specialty skill can be improved by enhancingindex of psychological quality and physical quality purposefully.4.The change of psychological quality, physical quality, specialty skill andcomprehensive quality evaluation has remarkable interdependency comprehensivequality evaluation. These three items improve students’ comprehensive quality afterthe improving of students’ psychological quality and physical quality enhance theirspecialty skill.
