The Social And Political Impact Study Of Network Cluster

Network cluster is a product of the development of the Internet. Like in real life,people gradually form a “cluster life” in the network society on the basis ofcommunication. As the largest population of Internet users, college students are also themain force of network cluster. They gather together on the Internet, point out problems,express their demands, inadvertently affect the social life, and result in problems aboutsociety’s political stability. Therefore, researching network cluster behavior and itssocial impact is not only an exploration for cyber political development, but also theneeds of the development of realistic society benign.Paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter: introduction. It introduces the research purpose, significance oftopics, domestic and foreign research present situation and review, elaborates theresearch idea, research methods, framework and main innovative points.The second chapter: The basic theories of network cluster analysis. This paperreveals the cluster concept, characteristics and categories of network, analyzes the fourbasic theories. They are collective behavior theory, silence spiral theory, grouppolarization theory and the theory of political stability. Finally, the development ofnetwork cluster and evolution rules are discussed in this paper.The third chapter: the investigation and analysis of college students’ networkcluster. This paper bases on a sample of11local universities in Hubei province bymeans of the questionnaire and individual interview, trying to be objective accuratelysummarizes the content of the college students’ network cluster, the causes,characteristics and influence, and aims at providing the reality basis for social andpolitical impact of network cluster.The fourth chapter: the analysis of network cluster on social and political impacts.Combined with concrete examples, it reveals the social and political impacts of thenetwork clustering from both sides. The positive impact is to cultivate the spirit of thepublic political participation consciousness, to develop the spirit of democratic politics,to promote the social problems solving, and to build a society of mutual responsibility.Negative impact is that there is the risk of government’s credibility decline, killing themainstream values, delaying the truth revealed and violence.The fifth chapter: the guide strategies of network cluster. Positive guidanceincludes: the government need promote the positive energy, let the public express,facilitate conversations between the common people and the officials, cultivate positiveopinion leaders; the community completes the humanities concern, highlights the valueof "people-oriented". Prevention strategies include using technology to purify theinformation source, making strict law, jointing monitoring network and Internet users,calling for self-discipline intrinsic motivation.The last part is the summary of this article.
