Study On Students’ Community Management In Higher Schools

Education is the foundation for the everlasting fortune of a nation. Therefore, Talentstraining is the key point for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The management ofundergraduates is very important to the educational quality of colleges. Based on thedevelopment of the society, the management of undergraduates requires more creations andinnovations. This paper analyses the novel undergraduate management mode of collegecommunity, and gives some advice for development.This paper contains the following parts. Firstly, the undergraduate management mode issummaried and the definition of undergraduate management is given. The current problemsare listed. The novel undergraduate management mode of college community is proposed as agood direction of development. The next section analyses the characteristics and advantagesof the college community. The principles and the operating mechanism of college communityare refined from two aspects of the independent management and the service management.At last this paper also proposes the following advice. First, introduce the competitivemechanism to improve the quality of logistical services. Second, complete the rules andregulations. Third, improve the quality of managers. Fourth, enhance the independentmanagement of undergraduates with proper supervision and guidance. Fifth, use modernscience and technology.The management of college community is just in its beginning stage. It requires moreconsiderations and improvements.
