In20C, with the fierce competition among countries, many countries posedcurriculum standard on a very important position. Under the background information ofthe basic education curriculum reform, the consistency between academic achievementassessment and curriculum standards attracted worldwide attention. Consistencybetween achievement assessment and curriculum standards has become the focus ofeducation researchers.The alignment between the academic proficiency test and the curriculumstandard refers to their matching or agreement. Foreign research on the consistencybetween academic proficiency test and the curriculum standard is earlier and moremature, while the domestic study on the agreement is rare and analysis modelconsistency which has local academic agreement is not available. Therefore it’s of greatresearch value for analysis of consistency between the junior high school levelexamination and curriculum standards.This thesis totally consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounding the reasons to choose this title of the research, the research status,the purpose, the significance and the innovation of this paper as well as the definition ofsome basic concepts.The second chapter is the research content. Explain the research object of thisarticle and determine the research method in this study, making an improvedtwo-dimensional table for analysis which draws lessons from the SEC analysis methodand use for reference of the needs of specific research questions.The third chapter is the data statistics and processing. Use the method describedin chapter2to code curriculum standard and test and use consistency formula methodof pat of the SEC to calculate the consistency between the Xinjiang junior middleschool physics academic proficiency test and the physical course standard during theperiod from2010to2012. Its consistency for three-year-tests and class mark arerespectively0.519,0.548,0.501, and it’s low compared with the critical value ofstatistical consistency degree.The fourth chapter is consistency analysis and conclusion of exam and curriculumstandards. Analyze papers and curriculum standards from “the themes of the content"and "cognitive level". Results show different emphasis of the content theme and thecognitive level:“movement and force ","electric and magnetic” etc in the subjectincreased year by year during past three years and reduces the examination degree of "energy"; In cognitive level, improve the level of "mastery" and "understanding" andlower the level of "understanding".The fifth chapter is the problem and outlook. This thesis tries to localize the studymethod of SEC. Due to the author’s level and the lack of practice to prove it, it needs tobe further improved. Hope this result could contribute to the quality of making subjectof level test in our region and offer effective information for education facilities, thenimproving the study of this field in our region.
