The school I attend belong to the national college.Especially in the freshmen interviews I also talked to a number of minority students who came from inland classes.I learn a little about their living conditions. Driven by the curiosity, I wang to know about the living conditions of their inland class, and what kind of difference exist between them and the Han ethnic students, and their cultural adaptation in the Han aera..This article explores the relationship between the Tibetan classes and students ’social support and learning burnout and cultural adaptation,"Students’ Learning Burnout Scale Social Support Rating Scale" and "Han minority students cultural alienation scale"436Tibetan classes and high school students conducted a questionnaire survey.And in accordance with the conclusions I explore ways to reduce their learning burnout and improve their social support and reduce learning burnout.The following results:(1) In general the tibetan high school students’ social support is in good condition.The difference between sexes was significantly the the girls social support significantly higher than boys; significant difference in the grade, with the higher grades, students acquire the sense of social support increases.(2)In general the total level of learning burnout lower than the average level.Gender differences significant significantly higher than those of girls, boys learning burnout; significant difference in the grade, with the higher grades, students’ learning burnout enhanced.(3) In general the cultural adaption of Tibetan high school students is in good condition.The difference between sexes was significantly more girls than boys easy to adapt to a foreign culture; significant difference in the grade, with the higher grades, Tibetan classes and high school students more and more to adapt to school life in the Mainland.(4)The social support is significantly correlated with learning burnout and its dimensions.(5) The social support has a significant correlation with cultural adaptation and its dimension.
