Along with the political and economic system reform deeply, thegovernment transferring part of functions to the society,more and more"unit person" from the unit to become a "community person", a largenumber of "rural people" became "the city" from urbanization, thesepeople are pouring into the community, the community become a carrierwith the function of social management. Community construction is themainstream to solve the complicated social contradictions, meet thedemand of multiple interests. Deep on the forces from government is notenough, mining originates power from the community becomes the key tosolve the current trouble. Community school is rooted in the communityand can rely on the community to achieve self management, selfeducation and self service. Study the role of community school incommunity construction can not only show images of people activelypursuing a better life to the city managers, also can better guide theresidents suit the identity change, more actively participate in communitypublic affairs, finally realizes the community and common developmentof the society.This article adopts the method of case study, in the perspective of Sstreet community school, through the interview the school principal, staff,students, community residents and street cadres, collecting informationfrom them, know the role of community school in communityconstruction. S street community school conform the target of communityconstruction in advanced way, from the perspective of the cultivation of asense of community, then to respond the needs of the residents, graduallyextended to participate in public management. In this process, thecommunity school expresses the power of the community well, effectiveintegration of community resources, providing public service, show the characteristics of localization, nonprofit, and public. In the participationlevel, school condenses their sense of community; cultivate their ability atthe same time, participate in the ability to deal with public affairs; also setup the platform for circulation of community social capital. Then, theschool in response to actively meet the needs of residents, positiveresponse to community needs. Show in the end, schools show thecommunity construction situation in the community management level.While S street community school in the process of construction ofcommunity has made a great contribution, but still subject to itself andexternal conditions, in order to solve this situation this paper put forwardthe following suggestions: actively cultivate talent team, and increaseteam awareness, implementing evaluation feedback mechanisms tostrengthen own construction; By way of multi-channel to raise funds andimprove the laws and regulations for school hold up an umbrella; Tostrengthen the school and community economy, schools and government,improve the cooperation between non-governmental organizations andlocal unit, realizes the resource integration and sharing; Through thereasonable curriculum, raise community awareness, increase the able ofpublic participation and reshaping social value.
