| With the development of modern science and technology,The update of knowledge ismore and more quickly,Enterprise must continue to improve the learning ability inorder tothe change of environment and market,Learning organization is generated and developedin response to this need.The learning organization theory is a development model ofvarious types of the organization’s management.Taking the open edutainment as the object of study,learning organization astheoretical basis,I research and analyze of the present situation of creating the learningorganization for the open edutainment.Through analyzing, I summarize of theachievements on creating learning organization about the open edutainment,found theproblem and decompose reason, then put forward the countermeasures for the next step ofcreating the learning organization, at the same time,give the reference to the operatingmechanism of other public service system of distance education. This paper mainly usesthe literature analysis method, interview and questionnaire investigation way, thequantitative analysis means.Firstly,as the theoretical basis of learning organization for the open edutainment,thispaperd iscusses the development history of the theory of learning organization,stresses theconcept of the learning type organization of the constituent elements and characteristicsare described in detail.Secondly,this paper analyzes the general situationã€the backgroundof creating a learning organization for the open edutainment,emphatically discusses“takingthe training system’s improvement as the core and starting point†the goal andcountermeasure of establishing learning organization.Thirdly,from the motivation andeffectof staffã€the role of leadersã€the system of training etc,This paper summarizes theproblem of establishing the learning organization for the open edutainment,at the sametime,analyzes of the causes of the problem.Finally, this text puts forward theCountermeasures of creating the learning organization for the open edutainment nextstep in a solid,about strengthening the incentive system of staff,designing and carryingout of training programs to improve,executing of the learning organization in the long term development planning. |
