| The ideological and political theory course in universities is a course which is characterized as thoughtful, political, informative, comprehensive and practical. It shoulders the arduous task of guiding students to gradually establish correct world outlook, views on life and values, and develop good moral character and rational thinking ability. Facing the development of the times, the demands of the ideological and political theory courses are increasing, and the reformation of traditional teaching is put on the agenda.As one of the most successful innovation in the field of medical education, the range of applications of PBL teaching method is gradually expanded with the development of social science and technology. It has demonstrated the superiority in the teaching practice of various disciplines because of its effectiveness of teaching objectives. Therefore, the possibility of its application to the Ideological and Political Theory Courses is urgently needed to be analyzed and solved.In this paper, the feasibility of application of the PBL in the ideological and political theory course is demonstrated on theory and practice by the methods of literature searching, interviews and comparison. By the definition of basic concepts of PBL, presentation of the teaching links and teaching value, and the comparation between PBL with traditional teaching methods, we achieve the cognition of the basic theory of PBL teaching method. First, through the analysis of the relationship between the value education and knowledge education, the theoretical premise of applications of PBL has been begun. Meanwhile, in order to provide a practical basis for the application of PBL, the existing objective and subjective conditions of the implementation of the PBL in the ideological political theory courses were analyzed from the aspects of teachers, students’learning ability and hardware resources. Finally, combined with the analysis of teaching practice results, some advantages and specific problems of PBL in Ideological Political Theory Courses are further illustrated to provide a reference for the future use of this pedagogy.In this paper, the core features of PBL teaching method and curriculum requirements of ideological and political theory courses are combined. In the lesson of the ideological and moral cultivation and the legal basis, instructional design program has been presented. This provides the reference value of studying for future researchers who are committed to the PBL and the ideological and political theory courses. |
