With the development of Chinese economy and cooperation between China andIndonesia,Chinese education in Indonesia has made a rapid development, especiallyafter the recovery of Chinese teaching in Indonesia since1998. At present, manyschool in Indonesia have started Chinese classes. More and more people begin tolearn Chinese, more and more Chinese teachers are arriving Indonesia from China.But it has lots of problems at the same time, which could restrict its development.Over the years, Chinese education in Medan Hang School didn’t get very bigdevelopment. The reason can be traced to the school itself as well as the commonproblem faced by Indonesia Chinese education.Guided by the “Learning together, use together” principle,through the survey ofprimary Chinese teaching in Medan Hang School, this paper analyzes the problemsfrom four aspects, including studying environment, teaching materials,teachers andstudents, and then point out the improving suggestions from the school, the teacherand the teaching strategy. Finally, the paper has given some teaching cases that issuitable for this school. We aim to design a suitable teaching mode for primaryChinese teaching in Medan Hang School basic on the actual teaching, in order toimprove the quality of primary Chinese teaching in Medan Hang School. We hope toprovide some reference opinions for the teachers in Medan Hang School. We shouldpay more attention to the problems and work together for the continued developmentof Chinese education in Hang school.
