| In this dissertation, Qinhuangdao institute of technology as an example,whichstudies the incentives in the rational application of higher vocational colleges, vocationalschools aim is to explore ways and means of management development, to effectivelystimulate the teacher’s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, develop their full potentialand participate fully improve the overall competitiveness of vocational colleges, and putforward the corrective actions of higher technical education teacher encouragement, acomparative analysis, questionnaire survey, factor analysis, empirical analysis, acombination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of research methods.At first, this concept of incentives and related defines, in the current review ofmotivation theory, after important, from a theoretical point of view of the status ofvocational teachers and incentive problems in the existing incentives, leads to theresearch topic.Secondly, designing the Teacher Incentive Survey questionnaire, using Likertfive-point scoring scale preparation of the existing incentives satisfaction surveyquestionnaire and teachers need to carry out surveys and interviews in the survey dataorder statistics, based on the satisfaction of teachers and teachers need, anglicizing theteachers of different age〠educationã€positional titles, as a clear incentive system of thecollege teachers’ satisfaction and needs factors.Finally, Higher vocational teacher need to be analyzed based on the theory andpractice, designed to encourage teachers to the principles put forward a four-point teacherincentive measures, namely to establish a reasonable pay system, the establishment ofscientific performance appraisal system, improve the appointment process in the job faircompetition, improve the teaching career planning. |
