Scholastic Ability Structure Research Of Physical Education Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools In Rural Areas

The research results show thatJiangxi rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers already havesome scholastic ability, but overall scholastic ability of teachers is still low: there is alack of knowledge level ontological knowledge and conditional knowledge, abilitylevel there is a lack of professional competence, emotional level concepts ofeducation needs to be improved. Therefore, post-training of physical educationteachers in rural primary and secondary schools is very necessary.
