In order to better adapt to the national social and economic development of theurgent needs of the high-level applied talents, adjusting and optimizing the graduateeducation type structure, further improve the graduate student education trainingsystem, the ministry of education decided to begin from2009, in addition to themaster of business administration (MBA), master of public administration (MPA),master of engineering project management of the direction of master’s degree, masterof public health, sports competition organization direction of managementengineering and a few are currently not suitable for recent graduates studyingprofessional degree, other professional degree for graduates recruit professionaldegree graduate student, a full-time training. Professional degree postgraduateeducation in our country is an unprecedented large-scale development, the academicstudy of professional degree graduate education in our country.However, scarcely inthe form of some of the more dispersed, insufficient system, against the developmentof professional degree graduate education. Therefore, from the Angle of comparisonand the height of the system to study the problem of professional degree graduatestudent training mode, not only has theoretical significance, also has a great practicalguiding significance.Based on the summary and reference, on the basis of predecessors’ research, tocompare to discuss China and the United States from the point of view of professionaldegree graduate education mode. To improve the quality of professional degreegraduate education in China provide certain reference. Article in the first part of theintroduction, the first narrates the research background and research significance ofthe article, combing the relevant research results at home and abroad, and the centerconcept is defined, such as professional degree and academic degree, cultivationmodel, etc. Secondly, on the basis of understanding of related concepts, the article onthe development of professional degree graduate education in China and the UnitedStates are introduced respectively, and a brief analysis and summary. Again to PekingUniversity and China university of political science and law law master’s, for example,Harvard University and Yale university’s master of law in the United States, forexample, from the training objectives, training process and the quality assurancesystem in three aspects: the analysis and summary the characteristics of the professional degree postgraduate training mode and the problem of professionaldegree graduate student training mode in our country. Finally, the article on thespecialized degree of postgraduate training mode of system components, on the basisof detailed analysis and comparison, points out that the professional degree graduatestudent cultivation mode of enlightenment and reference for our country:(1)professional degree, correct understanding, establish its legal status, including thetransformation degree misunderstanding; Improve the laws and regulations, determinethe legal status; Strengthen links with the industry sectors, completes the occupationalqualification certification system.(2) the clear degree of cultivation target.(3) thereform process, to carry out the training link, including the reform of enrollment link;Optimize the curriculum; To strengthen the construction of teaching staff; A flexibleand varied teaching methods; To strengthen professional practice; Rich graduationthesis form, etc.(4) build perfect quality guarantee system, we should graduallystrengthen the construction of external quality assurance system and complete internalquality assurance system in colleges and universities.Research results show that: First, the specialized degree of postgraduatecultivating mode is mainly composed of training objectives, training process and thequality evaluation of three factors constitute an organic whole, and, under theinfluence of external conditions, continue to adjust. Second, the United Statesprofessional degree postgraduate education has a clear training objectives, normativetraining process and good features such as evaluation system. Third, the professionaldegree postgraduate training pattern the organic whole, flexible admission form, thecultivation of strict process and perfect quality guarantee for professional degreepostgraduate education has significant positive effects, they complement each other,and jointly promote the development of professional degree graduate education.System analyzing the components of professional degree graduate studenttraining mode, and with Chinese and foreign famous university master of laweducation as an example, compares the similarities and differences in two countriesspecialized degree of postgraduate training mode, the conclusion of this article, for thecurrent rapid development of professional degree graduate education in China providecertain theoretical basis and reference.
