| Since the end of1990s, with the rapid development of Higher Education of China,the requirement of the university campus services providing ability of universities has been growing.For a long time, university campus services of China has been a self-service model which is an obstacle of the rapid development of higher education of China.In order to solve the problem, since1999, the Education Department of China has been doing the utmost to push the development of its socialization of university campus services, which, till now, has been over10years and made some achievements but still needs to be improved.However, it has been a very vital problem of the education administration departments of our government and universities to strongly support the development of higher education of China by advancing the reform,building up a university campus services providing model fit in with the socialist market economy, making the best of the service resources and strengthening the ability of university campus services.In this paper,the author analyzes the university campus services and divides them into services for teaching&researching, teachers&students basic life and their general life and puts out the idea that the three different services are different:the materials for teaching&researching and teachers’&studnets’ basic life are public but those for teachers’&studnets’general life are personal. This paper reviews the history of university campus services providing models of universities of Guangxi after the establishment of China and especially studies the history of the13years after2000and analyzes the major problems and reasons of the university campus services providing models. Thus, puts out the following suggestions:(1) emphasize the responsibilities of government takes in the reform of university campus services providing models;(2) realize the reform of services classification, according to the three different services,build up different services providing systems.(3) enhance the reform of magnetization of university campus services (4) foster multi-service providers.(5) Optimize university campus services providing models. |
