With the rapid development of modern information technology, education field has agreat change. Now the whole country is accelerating in education informatization. In thisprocess the teaching resource repository’s construction has become the bottleneck item that isthe urgent need. The construction of teaching resource repository is directly affected theeducation informatization development process in our country.In the education informatization as big background,"Campus Access to ICTs"engineering as the foundation and the basic education curriculum reform as the requirement ofconstruction, the author uses the literature methodology, interview method, experiencesummary method and qualitative method, references a large number of papers and books,experiences many existing teaching resource repository and interviews teachers of Chinesefrom front-line. Then the author analyzes the domestic and overseas research status and themain existing problems. With Chinese of junior high school as a carrier, the author conductsattribution analysis and finally decided to analyze the deeply reasons from the resourcedirectory, resource retrieval and resource recommended. Through attribution analysis and thedemand analysis this research improves resource retrieval and access strategy from resourceclassification, property design and resource relevance for those problems. For the study ofspecific design of teaching resources of Chinese in junior high school, the author mainlyimplements the design from the design thought, function design and detailed modules design.The design thought includes the above resource classification, property design and resourcerelevance. The function design includes the angle of administrators and users to describe thefunction. In the section of detailed modules design first of all the paper simply describes theusual modules appeared the same to the other existing teaching resource repositories. Andadditional six key modules are elaborated with emphasis, such as resource retrieval module,resource recommendation module, resource edit module, resource communication module,material and tool module and field dynamic module.In a word, with users’ accessing appropriate resources fast as the starting point, thispaper tries to design a teaching resource repository that is all-sided in resource browse,correspond to the relevant teaching resource construction standards and effective associatedbetween the relevant resources.
