Although China continues to solve the uneven distribution of educational resources problem, but theunbalance of educational resource allocation still is a serious social problem, especially in the urbaneducation resources; balance education resources to build a harmonious society is the best embodiment, andthe important guarantee of basic approaches, we need to establish the scientific education resourcesbalanced view, through to accelerate economic development, increase and improve the educationalinvestment and various in effective way, resulting in the construction of harmonious society and balancededucation resources.At present, most of scholars mostly analysis will focus on the objective material conditions due tovarious causes, but for education resources selection and the pursuit of the conceptual research has notmuch. Social and cultural history theory thinks, the person’s senior psychological function is all sorts ofactivities and communication form constantly internalization results. The so-called internalization, isconsciously guide their various psychological activities. Thus, for the present urban education resourceconfiguration is not balanced, the conceptual psychological selection also contribute to this situation is akind of important reasons.As a research method after decades of development, constructivism have gained wide applications inpsychology, sociology and political science, and plays a unique positive role. Social constructivism holdsthat although individual cognitive is active construction, and it is the individual experience ofrationalization, but this kind of building is not random, but any construction needs interactive and reach aconsensus to constantly adjusted and correction, and inevitably subject to the influence of the socialcultural factors. Between each other to communicate and share all kinds of resources in the process ofinteraction and mutual promoting interpersonal relationship, and formed a certain norms and culture.This paper aims to explore the urban education resource, through the research methods ofconstructivism, and tries to reveal due to subjective choices about how to form and intensifies the urban education resource allocation is not balanced, in order to solve the problem to provide a new way ofthinking, which is advantageous to solve our country at present for the social fairness and justice.
