A Study Of The Construction And Management Of The Practical Training Program Of Hotel Management Major In JXWM College

With the rapid development of Higher Vocational Education in recent years, more and more vocational colleges become aware that the key factor which affects the healthy development of Higher Vocational Education lies in whether the effect of personnel training matches the market demands. And this goal can only be guaranteed through systematic professional practical training.For Hotel Management major of JXWM College, in order to cultivate students’ practical ability and application ability, practical training teaching plays a vital role among all practical teaching activities. Project Management, as an effective and scientific management method, is able to scientifically manage the practical training project of Hotel Management major in higher vocational colleges, improve its level and efficiency of management and add vitality to its development. Therefore, the study in this paper of how to invest and use money scientifically and reasonably in the demonstration construction project and strengthen the practical teaching system, how to do the standardized management and ensure the realization of the goal of each project, has realistic value and practical significance.Taking Hotel Management major of JXWM College as the object of study, this article focuses on the analysis of construction scheme of practical training project of Hotel Management major in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of an overall analysis of the current situation, it also analyzes the construction goal using methods like Management by Objectives and Project Management. Then, it further investigates the construction content, condition and budget of the subproject. Moreover, it carries out the systematical analysis taking the construction and management of catering practical training project as an example, and finally accomplishes the exploration of management effect of the project.
