Motivation System Optimization Of Head Teachers In Chengdu SS Middle Schoola

This thesis is themed on motivation system optimization of head teachers inChengdu SS Middle School and is finished on elaborate analysis and research of thecurrent system. It consists of five parts: In the first part, this thesis states backgroundand significance of the research, contents of the thesis and issues need to be solved; Inthe second part, it focuses on comments on motivation and incentive theories andmotivation theories learned in business administration. The third part is analysis ofstatus and existing problems of current motivation system in SS School. Although thereis a motivation system in SS School, in summary the result of execution is not good. Inthe fourth part, according to characteristics needed by head teachers in SS School, thethesis states necessities of motivation, concludes principles of motivation and optimizesthe current motivation system with combination of motivation theories. Optimization ofhead teacher motivation system is elaborated in two aspects: material and spiritual. It ishoped that by optimizing motivation system, work passion and initiative of headteachers will be stimulated. In the last part, the thesis proposes some implementationmeasures, hoping to find right motivation methods appropriate for SS School.
