Abstract/Summary:
During the process of the English teaching in junior high school, the class lead-in is a very important link of teaching, it can arouse the students’ learning interest and stimulate the students’ learning motivation. Based on several years of experience in teaching English, of I found that no matter what discipline it is, the greatest enemy of learning is losing interest, especially for a second language learing, interest is the key. In the original class learning, for students, it is necessary to cause the desire and motivation of learning, to keep the students’ continuous enthusiasm of learning a second language, so as to achieve a satisfactory teaching effectiveness. The traditional English class teaching methods usually lead to a dull and boring condition, occasionally caused some students’ resentment who are not interested in English. Therefore, this greatly weakened the students’ learning emotion, and reduce the quality of teaching. For junior high students, the key to produce the active learning aspirations lies in making the students as the center of the class, as the main teaching object, grabbing their attention, arouse their interest, and enable the students to have a positive learning emotion.The theoretical guidance of this thesis is the humanistic teaching theory. To create a verbal interaction model of teaching based on the foundation of students as the main part during the English class lead-in process in order to have a positive impact on the junior high school students’ learning emotion and achieve the purpose which enable the students to have the willing to learn and get a strong emotion of learning. According to the purpose of this thesis, I carried out a theoretical research and an empirical research. The experimental methods used are questionnaires, interviews and contrast observation. I analysis the data and got a statistical results with SPSS, also did a research on the experimental findings. The result shows that the junior high school English class lead-in strategy under the humanistic educational theory can create a good English learning atmosphere and increase the students’ interest in learning English. To lead the class in a verbal interaction mode can produce a positive impact on students’ learning emotion, as well as stimulate the students’ learning motivation and willingness of active learning.
