| On the basis of previous studies,this study aims to observe the verbal interaction between novice physical education teachers and students in classroom of primary schools,induce the characteristics speech interaction behavior of primary novice P.E.teachers,to provide the corresponding basis for novice teachers’ professional development.Through this study,the difference of verbal interaction between sports class and other subjective can be found so as to provide corresponding basis for subsequent refinement of physical teaching and to enhance the quality of teaching.In this study,the Flanders interactive analysis system was used as the research tool,the classroom observation method and case analysis method were adopted to conduct video recording,on-site observation and data processing for 37 regular physical education classes of 7 novice physical education teachers from 3 primary schools in Jimei District,Xiamen City.The "emotion","praise or encourage","accept or adopt students view","question","teaching" and "criticism or maintain authority","instruction","passive" and "active" and "silent or confusion" of novice physical education teachers in primary schools on ten class were analized through coding rate and matrix analysis.The data analysis of teachers’ classroom verbal interaction between teachers and students were conducted on teachers which have different teaching experience with the same content in the same period to the students of the same school age.This paper probes into the special phenomenon and situational characteristics of the speech interaction between teachers and students in primary school physical education class.The results show that the primary school novice physical education teachers’speech interaction in class is dominated by the teacher’s speech.Among them,the"instruction" and "teaching" language are the most abundant,and the "instruction"language is much more than that of other subjects.The students’ language is deficient,and the proportion of "silent or chaotic" in class is too high.The structure of classroom speech is dominated by teachers’ speech,and students’ dominant position is not obvious.The classroom control style is dominated by "instruction","criticism or maintenance of authority" and other direct control of the classroom.The emotional atmosphere in the classroom is not harmonious,and the teacher-student relationship tends to be autocratic.With the increase of age,the proportion of teachers’ speech will decrease,the situation of "silence or confusion" in class will increase,the part of teachers’ indirect influence on students will decrease correspondingly,and the rate of defect area will decrease.The longer the service life of novice PE teachers in primary schools is,the lower the ratio of "questioning" speech,the ratio of "criticizing or maintaining authority" speech will decrease,the ratio of students’ passive speech will also decrease,and the ratio of teachers’ indirect influence on students’ speech will also decrease.The "instruction" language of PE class in primary school is higher than that of other subjects because there are a lot of password language to organize classroom teaching and teachers’ instructive language in the process of students’ practice.The"silent or chaotic" rate of PE class in primary school is very high,because the class contains a lot of time for students to practice independently,which reflects the subject property of PE class. |
