In the context of economic globalization and capital liberalization, the social mobility has transcended national boundaries, followed by highlights of the phenomenon of transnational marriages. The studies come from America and the Europe focus on the "mail-order bride", and the scholars see cross-national marriages as the commercialized product in Taiwan. At the same time, the social problem of border marriages plays an important role for the researcher in mainland. All of this show the importance of the filed of transnational marriages.Previous studies are in the habit of standing on the point of view of the national management to discuss the cross-national marriages, such a "top to bottom" perspective tend to highlight the existence of various social problems; or focusing on the description of the individual’s subjective experience via personal life history. However, a perspective which is different is needed.This research focus on the points such as what the cross-national marriages likes in local place and how it could be, as well as observes and analyzes the relationship between the "nation" and "social" This study finds that social ways and national ways are two effective parallel practicing "logical". In people’s daily life, they put women come from Burma as one of their own, and these women also adopt different strategies to get supports. In general, the main body of international marriages is more biased in favor of the local of social practice field. Then the nation has to adjust strategies based on it to adapt to the new situation. That is exactly the reason why"reasonable"and "illegal" coexist in international marriages...
