Jingmai Mangjing Millennium acres of ancient tea mountain is located in Pu’er City, Yunnan Province, on the border with Burma and China. With its large area, long time, sweet aftertaste of tea, multi-ethnic and brilliant cultural, it is famous at home and abroad. In which Mangjing village of Bulang ethnic group, with small population in China, are offspring of "Pu" people. Their social and cultural change has been witnessed by tea. To some extent, it can be said that the social and cultural change in Mangjing Bulang history is a tea embedded, interactive developing history of government and ethnic group.Pu’er tea has long embedded in the Bulang social and cultural. When the society faced with the penetration of state power, the production and consumption of tea were melt into the mainstream culture. When the society encountered commercial tea sweeping, the ascription network is dissolved by the market. Tea brought many problem when it tried to disembed from the society and culture. Finally, Bulang people renew the traditional rituals or ethnical etiquette such as sacrificing tea progenitor, calling tea soul, which also can be counted local production. Local people reshape their ethnic culture and symbol coding actively to deal with change of society and culture., disembededness is regarded as a transition to adaptively adjust the way of embededness, or understood as embedded into the larger network and social culture,"Re-embedded" can be deemed to be embedded dynamically and adaptively or localized in production.Because of the usefulness of tea, the social and cultural value have been given to tea which is embedded in the social and cultural change. The key of tea capitalization lies in the translation from differences into universality, and the capitalization process is the currency as this universal language for anything (including cultural) into the purely material to be known around the world and easy to be exchanged.Market-oriented tea follows Marx’s law of value to produce and distribute goods. In contemporary society, the use value and symbolic value constitutes the carrier of value. On the one hand, the exchange value is the abstract exchange value, connecting the value embodied by the use value and symbolic value. On the other hand, the specific exchange value connects quantity of value or price. In tea production, Bulang people have not only created the material goods, but also created differentiated symbols. Though the exchange and consumption of commercial symbols, people realized the exchange and consumption between the culture and significance. They became truly free "symbol person".
