With the inclusion education has become an international trend, countries are trying to find the the nationally appropriate education mode. China has formed a learning in regular class is the backbone of the special education system. This paper attempts from teachers competency theory to investigate the competency of our regular class teachers that have become the focus, corresponding to regular class teacher capability.In this study, the main contents of three parts:First, the use of questionnaires, and document analysis method to investigate the characteristics of a regular class teachers competency, a theoretical model of building a regular class teacher competency are classified according to their characteristics. In this study, summarized in the regular class teacher competency four Latitude: professional attitude, education wit, achievement motivation, personal traits. Profe ssional manner and include student-centered, role orientation and sense of equality and other characteristics; education wit interpersonal communication, teamwork, classroom management and other features; achievement motivation are life-long learning, enterprising spirit and other characteristics; personal characteristics, including characteristics of self-confidence, patience, etc.Second, the theory assumes that the preparation on the basis of a closed-end characteristics of learning in regular class teacher competency questionnaire and its statistical tests, the reliability and validity have reached a satisfactory result. And analyzed and discussed the current problems of learning in the regular class, the increasing emphasis of our policy for special education and the development of relevant policies, the study characteristics to find a basis to build learning in regular class teacher competency.Finally, the analysis of the Teacher-training matures, trying to pre-service education and in-service training should focus on the professional attitude, teamwork, ability to share, patience, self-confidence and personal qualities such as ability of try.
