The arrival of the21st century, but also the arrival of the era of cloud computing,which makes the computer calculation, application and management ability increasedsignificantly, the application field has gradually penetrated from the business into theeducation at present. With the rapid development of education cause, cloud computingaided education this new education model is getting more and more revealed itsimportance, Cloud services in the application of education can provide learners with anew way of informatization. In the knowledge age of information, Students should notonly enhance the ability of analyzing and solving the problem with informationtechnology, and learn how to use the information means active learning, self-regulatedlearning.This study based on computer network and teaching reform as thebackground, it analyzes the connotation of self-regulated learning, it proposes thecultivating tactics to develop students’ self-regulated learning abilities includingplanning strategies, choice strategies, cultivating strategies, incentive strategies andcontrol strategies. The cultivating tactics are experimented in the teaching research,which indicates that the cultivating tactics are effective in improving the students’academic achievement and developing their self-regulated learning ability.
