| “Rural, Agriculture and Farmer†issue has continuously affected the development ofChina’s economy and the process of modernization. The party and the country havealready attached great attention to this issue. The development of rural vocationaleducation is the key factor to solve it. Along with the advancement of new ruralconstruction, the adjustment of rural economic structure and the speeding-up ofurbanization, nine commissions such as the ministry of education issued “Advices onspeeding-up the development of rural vocational education†in2011, it makes thepolicy-oriented of the development of rural vocational education gradually clear. It isan effective way to coordinate the development of urban and rural vocationaleducation and solve the predicament of development of rural vocational education bythe cooperation of running schools for vocational education in different regions.Through the researches on the vocational education for eastern and westerncross-regional cooperation in running schools, this study can provide scientificguidance for the development of rural vocational education and innovative pattern ofthe development of vocational education.In order to coordinate the development of vocational education, the relatedproblems are analyzed that occurred in the process of cross-regional cooperation inrunning schools for the development of eastern and western vocational education byliterature method, survey method, case-analysis and other research methods. Firstly,the concept, types, principle of cross-regional cooperation in running schools areelaborated and the policy, economy and resource bases of the cross-regionalcooperation in running schools systemically are analyzed. Secondly, the experiencesof cooperation in running schools from Jiangshan specialized secondary schools andJiangsu province Suyu specialized secondary schools are summarized, andquestionnaires have been conducted in some schools in Tianjin which participate inthe cooperation in running schools, there are many problems exist in the cooperation in running schools such as not-widely influence, the deviation of understanding ofcooperation in running schools, funding difficulties, not-fluent of professionalcohesion, poor adapt ability of students to the environment problems, and then sixdevelopmental suggestions are proposed, that is, to consummate the policy-guarantee,to enhance students’ adaptability of long-distance learning, to improve themanagement mechanism of cross-regional cooperation in running schools, to adjustconcept and form of cooperation in school running, to pay attention to the optimalallocation of resources and teachers’ cultivation and to improve the cross-regionalemployment mechanism. |
